Die Wohnkostenquote ist gesunken, denn die Mieten sind inklusive der Nebenkosten langsamer gestiegen als das Haushaltsnettoeinkommen. Laut dem aktuellen Wohnungsmarktbericht Ostdeutschland von TAG Immobilien fiel der R\u00fcckgang in Rostock mit vier Prozent und Chemnitz mit zwei Prozent am st\u00e4rksten aus. In Rostock liegt die Wohnkostenbelastung bei durchschnittlich 20,9 Prozent des monatlich verf\u00fcgbaren Nettoeinkommens pro Haushalt.
