Die Leipziger Stadtbau AG errichtet im Zentrum ein 9.200 Quadratmeter gro\u00dfes B\u00fcrohaus, das die neue Leipziger Zentrale der Tele Columbus mit 470 Mitarbeitern beherbergen wird.<br>Die \u00c4rzteversorgung Niedersachsen und die \u00c4rzteversorgung Sachsen-Anhalt haben zwei Wohnanlagen an der Goldschmidtstra\u00dfe in Leipzig mit zusammen 139 Einheiten erworben.<br>Zu den gr\u00f6\u00dften Investments in der Stadt z\u00e4hlt sicher der Einstieg von AXA Investment Managers \u2013 Real Assets mit 132,5 Millionen Euro beim Paunsdorf Center.<br>Weiters hat Pamera eine Wohnprojektentwicklung in der Friedrich-Ebert-Stra\u00dfe 41\u201343 akquiriert, die 2019 fertiggestellt wird. Weitere 65 Eigentumswohnungen plant Bonava s\u00fcdlich des Leipziger Zoos, und erstmals ist der auf S\u00fcd- und Ostdeutschland fokussierte Entwickler AOC Immobilien in der Stadt aktiv geworden: Um 50 Millionen Euro entstehen in zwei getrennten Bauabschnitten ca. 13.000 Quadratmeter Wohnfl\u00e4che und ca. 4.000 Quadratmeter Gewerbefl\u00e4che. Bereits im Sommer wurde das erste Projekt in Dresden in Angriff genommen.<br>Gro\u00dfe Summen flossen in Dresden. Im Sp\u00e4therbst lie\u00df Deka Immobilien aufhorchen, als das Unternehmen sechs von acht Geb\u00e4udeteilen des \u201eWorld Trade Center\u201c mit 73.300 Quadratmetern Mietfl\u00e4che erwarb. Fast zeitgleich verkaufte die CG Gruppe um 140 Millionen Euro am Dresdner Neumarkt das geplante \u201eQuartier Hoym\u201c an Aberdeen Asset Management. Auf dem \u201eG\u00fcntzareal\u201c in der Johannstadt hat AXA Investment Managers \u2013 Real Assets f\u00fcr rund 100 Millionen Euro ein Stadtquartier mit 350 Wohneinheiten gekauft.
