Das bundesweite Digitalranking wird j\u00e4hrlich vom IKT-Branchenverband erhoben, der daf\u00fcr in f\u00fcnf Themenbereichen rund 11.000 Datenpunkte erfasst und \u00fcberpr\u00fcft. Dresden landete unter den Top Ten. Die Stadt z\u00e4hlt zu den Aufsteigern des Jahres, da ihr der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Sprung gelang: von Platz 24 im letzten Jahr auf den sechsten Platz in der aktuellen Shortlist. Dresden ist einer der f\u00fchrenden Hochtechnologie-Standorte Europas und nutzt digitale Technologien unter anderem f\u00fcr die zukunftsgerichtete Stadtentwicklung. Dresdner Akteure aus Forschung und Wirtschaft sind f\u00fcr Smart-City-L\u00f6sungen in vielen Bereichen weltweite Schrittmacher.
