Und das angesichts der Tatsache, dass sich aufgrund der enormen Nachfrage Wohnimmobilien in Deutschland weiter verteuert haben. Die Spitzenrendite in den Top-sieben-St\u00e4dten erreichte zum Ende des dritten Quartals 2,24 Prozent. Vor allem bei den Durchschnittsrenditen f\u00fcr Neubau sieht man bei CBRE eine stark sinkende Tendenz.
