Bei den Assetklassen haben Investoren auch wegen Corona klare Favoriten: Im Ranking der beliebtesten und nachgefragtesten Segmente f\u00fchrte Wohnen im Vorjahr das Feld an, gefolgt von Logistikimmobilien. Das zeigt sich auch bei den Ums\u00e4tzen: Das Wohnsegment verzeichnete ein Plus von 18 Prozent und landete bei einem Transaktionsvolumen von gesch\u00e4tzten 26 Milliarden Euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die institutionellen Investoren gehen davon aus, dass die Krise im Gesamtschnitt keine sinkenden Preise zur Folge haben wird, sondern sogar eine Steigerung bevorsteht. Sie erwarten sowohl in den Ballungsgebieten (79,6 Prozent) als auch in den regionalen M\u00e4rkten (57,4 Prozent) Preiszuw\u00e4chse.
