Die Digitalisierung sei so weit fortgeschritten, dass die notarielle Beurkundung bereits heute digital erfolgen k\u00f6nnte. IVD und Immowelt fordern in einem Brief an die Bundesministerien des Inneren und der Justiz, dass die virtuelle Beurkundung Teil der Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Abfederung der Coronavirus-Folgen werden muss.
