Die Bundesregierung und die Immobilienwirtschaft sch\u00e4tzen aber den j\u00e4hrlichen Neubaubedarf auf 350.000 bis 400.000 Wohnungen pro Jahr, und daher kann mit einer Entspannung auf dem Markt derzeit nicht gerechnet werden. Auch nicht, wenn laut Statistischem Bundesamt von Januar bis Juli dieses Jahres der Bau von 213.600 neuen Wohnungen genehmigt wurde \u2013 das waren rund 44.300 oder 26,1 Prozent mehr als im Vorjahreszeitraum.
