Noch nie wurde so viel Geld in Wohnimmobilien investiert wie im Jahr 2021. Nach drei bereits sehr guten Quartalen f\u00fcr den deutschen Wohn-Investmentmarkt sorgte das Schlussquartal 2021 endg\u00fcltig f\u00fcr einen neuen Rekordumsatz. Im Gesamtjahr wurden bundesweit knapp 51\u00a0Milliarden Euro in gr\u00f6\u00dfere Wohnungsbest\u00e4nde (ab 30 Wohneinheiten) angelegt. In dieser Summe sind auch der Rekorddeal der \u00dcbernahme von Deutsche Wohnen durch Vonovia mit 22 Milliarden Euro sowie mit f\u00fcnf Milliarden Euro die \u00dcbernahme des Akelius-Portfolios durch Heimstaden dabei. Selbst ohne diese beiden Deals w\u00e4re mit fast 30 Milliarden Euro aber ein neuer Investitionsrekord aufgestellt worden. \u00dcberraschend ist laut BNP Paribas Real Estate, dass sich schon die kleineren Tickets bis 100 Millionen Euro auf fast zehn Milliarden Euro summierten und der Handel mit Projektentwicklungen ebenfalls ein Allzeithoch von 6,28 Milliarden Euro erreichte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
