Dieser einheitliche Trend zeige sich bundesweit und in 14 Gro\u00dfst\u00e4dten, wobei die Angebotsausweitung der Schl\u00fcssel zum Erfolg sei, meint der IVD, der unterschiedliche Datens\u00e4tze aus dem gesamten Bundesgebiet ausgewertet hat. Ein typisches Beispiel ist Magdeburg. In der Stadt gibt es einen \u00dcberschuss von 6.000 Wohnungen.
