So liegen die inserierten Mieten in Berlin jetzt knapp vier Prozent unter ihrem Allzeithoch von vor einem Jahr. In St\u00e4dten wie Hamburg oder M\u00fcnchen haben sie noch nicht nachgegeben, aber es deutet sich zumindest einen Stagnation an. Einzig und allein dort, wo eine Binnenwanderung stattfindet, steigen die Mieten an. Das gilt vor allem f\u00fcr das Umland der Metropolen beziehungsweise die Schwarmst\u00e4dte. Die Menschen weichen aus und treiben damit in den g\u00fcnstigeren Regionen die Preise in die H\u00f6he.
