Erhoben wurden die Angebotspreise von Bestandswohnungen mit 40 bis 120 Quadratmetern in 78 deutschen \u201ekleineren Gro\u00dfst\u00e4dten\u201c. Insgesamt gibt es 13 St\u00e4dte, in denen sich das mittlere Preisniveau im Vergleich zum Jahr davor um 20 Prozent oder mehr erh\u00f6ht hat. Abgesehen von Dortmund und Leipzig kommt keine dieser 13 St\u00e4dte auf mehr als 500.000 Einwohner.<br>In 63 St\u00e4dten sind die Preise von 2020 auf 2021 um zehn Prozent oder mehr gestiegen. Die st\u00e4rksten Anstiege verzeichneten die kleineren St\u00e4dte, die bis dahin von der Preisrallye verschont geblieben waren. Im Osten stechen beispielsweise Erfurt und Rostock heraus.
