Wohnimmobilien werden in der aktuellen Situation sowohl von institutionellen Investoren als auch von Privatpersonen als sicherer Hafen bevorzugt. 2020 wurden laut CBRE auf dem Immobilieninvestmentmarkt in Deutschland 79,2 Milliarden Euro investiert. Gegen\u00fcber dem Rekordergebnis des Jahres 2019 ist das zwar ein R\u00fcckgang um 5,5 Prozent \u2013 aber dennoch das zweitbeste Ergebnis seit Aufzeichnungsbeginn. W\u00e4hrend 59,2 Milliarden Euro des Investitionsvolumens auf Gewerbeimmobilien entfielen (minus zw\u00f6lf Prozent), erreichte der Wohninvestmentmarkt f\u00fcr Portfolios ab 50 Einheiten 20 Milliarden Euro und damit ein sattes Plus von 23 Prozent. Ein Einstieg in Wohninvestments lohnt sich f\u00fcr Privatpersonen weiterhin, ist Felix von Saucken, Head of Residential bei Colliers in Deutschland, \u00fcberzeugt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
