Die JLL-Zahlen beziehen sich auf Transaktionen mit mindestens zehn Wohneinheiten. Da sich aber die Zahl der Wohntransaktionen kaum ver\u00e4ndert hat, ist diese Transaktionssumme rein auf die gestiegenen Preise zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren.
