Die gestiegenen Preise versprechen den Profis n\u00e4mlich nur mehr eine geringe Rendite, und so wandern sie \u2013 laut Umfrage von Engel & V\u00f6lkers Investment Consulting \u2013 vermehrt in die B- und C-St\u00e4dte ab. \u201eViele dieser St\u00e4dte sind wirtschaftliche Zentren ihrer Region und weisen seit Jahren steigende Bev\u00f6lkerungszahlen und eine wachsende Kaufkraft auf\u201c, erl\u00e4utert Karsten Jungk, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer und Partner des Research- und Bewertungsunternehmens W\u00fcest Partner Deutschland. Aber nicht nur die Investoren weichen aus. Auch die Wohnraumsuchenden versuchen den hohen Quadratmeterpreisen in den Metropolen zu entkommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mittelfristig rechnen die Investoren nicht mit einem Sinken des Preisniveaus in den Top Seven. Diese bleiben weiterhin zu teuer, und die B- und C-St\u00e4dte werden in der kommenden Zeit preislich nachziehen. Noch aber lassen sich in diesen Lagen Renditen von vier Prozent und mehr erzielen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
