Dort z\u00e4hlt allerdings der Preis, und die K\u00e4ufer sind sich sicher, dass sich \u00fcber diesen auch schlechtere Objekte verkaufen lassen. Aufgrund des Anlagedrucks und der Renditeziele greifen zunehmend mehr Akteure in diesen St\u00e4dten zu.<br>Core-Produkte in A- und B-St\u00e4dten sind kaum mehr zu bekommen \u2013 und wenn, dann zu \u00fcberteuerten Preisen. In der Liste der st\u00e4rksten Wohninvestmentm\u00e4rkte 2017 taucht daher bei JLL hinter Berlin, Hamburg und D\u00fcsseldorf ein Neuling auf: das Ruhrgebiet. Rund 650 Millionen Euro sollen 2017 im \u201ePott\u201c f\u00fcr Wohninvestments ausgegeben worden sein, 21 Prozent mehr als im Jahr davor. JLL geht davon aus, dass eine weitere Steigerung noch m\u00f6glich ist. Auch in D-St\u00e4dten wie Magdeburg flossen laut Savills rund 1,2 Milliarden Euro und damit 36 Prozent mehr als im Vergleichszeitraum.
