Dass in den sieben deutschen Gro\u00dfst\u00e4dten Wohnungsnot herrscht, ist hinl\u00e4nglich bekannt. Aber auch au\u00dferhalb der Ballungsr\u00e4ume wird Wohnraum knapp, wie das Gutachterinstitut Prognos in einer Studie ermittelt hat. Der Studie zufolge fehlt in einem Drittel der regionalen Wohnungsm\u00e4rkte ein Angebot bezahlbarer Wohnungen. In 138 St\u00e4dten und Kreisen ist die Situation demnach problematisch, und selbst f\u00fcr Haushalte mit mittleren wird es immer schwieriger, bezahlbare Wohnungen zu finden. Einen interessanten Aspekt zeigt die Studie ebenfalls auf: Der Immobilienmarkt scheint sich zu spalten. W\u00e4hrend die Mieten in vielen Regionen immer weiter steigen, werden in einigen Landkreisen zu viele neue Eigenheime gebaut dort k\u00f6nnten die Preise k\u00fcnftig deutlich fallen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
