Damit machen Wohnimmobilien inzwischen die H\u00e4lfte der Portfolios institutioneller Investoren und Family-Offices in Deutschland aus \u2013 dies geht aus einer Umfrage von Rueckerconsult im Auftrag von Engel &amp; V\u00f6lkers Investment hervor. Und in dieser Tonart soll es weitergehen, wie man in der Umfrage herausfand. 57 Prozent wollen n\u00e4mlich in den n\u00e4chsten zw\u00f6lf bis 18 Monaten ihren Anteil weiter erh\u00f6hen. Auf dem Markt wird es eng, und rund 85 Prozent der Befragten erwarten in den A- und B-St\u00e4dten eine Preissteigerung.
