Das h\u00e4ngt auf der einen Seite mit der hervorragenden Infrastruktur zusammen, die den Bewohnern mit Gastronomie, Kulturangeboten und Gesch\u00e4ften sehr viel bietet; auf der anderen Seite nat\u00fcrlich auch mit der zentralen Lage und damit verbunden mit dem umfassenden Netz von \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Und Leipzig-Mitte weist noch eine weitere Besonderheit auf: imposante Gr\u00fcnderzeitimmobilien und Stadtvillen.<br>In Leipzig-Mitte wurde in den letzten Jahren besonders kr\u00e4ftig in den Neubau und in die Sanierung alter H\u00e4user investiert. Kein Wunder also, dass die Mietpreisangebote in Bestandswohnungen seit 2014 um fast 13 Prozent angezogen haben. Die Medianpreise bei Mieten betrugen laut PISA-Marktstudie im Jahr 2016 bei Erstbezug 9,50 Euro pro Quadratmeter und bei Bestand 7,46 Euro \u2013 h\u00f6her als \u00fcberall sonst in der Stadt.<br>Die hohen Preise zeigen sich nat\u00fcrlich auch bei den Kaufpreisen, die sich im st\u00e4dtischen Vergleich an der Spitze befinden.
