Dies sagt ein Gro\u00dfteil der 150 von Union Investment befragten institutionellen Investoren aus Deutschland, Frankreich und Gro\u00dfbritannien. 80 Prozent der deutschen, 56 Prozent der franz\u00f6sischen und 52 Prozent der britischen Investoren haben demnach deutsche B-St\u00e4dte auf ihrem Ankaufsradar. Kein anderes Land erreiche \u00e4hnliche Zustimmungswerte. Noch relativ g\u00fcnstige Preise, bessere Renditen und \u2013 bei der richtigen Wahl der Stadt \u2013 auch mehr Potenzial sind die Gr\u00fcnde, warum die K\u00e4ufer auf den B-M\u00e4rkten suchen.
