Laut Immobilienmarktbericht 2017, der sich aus den Daten der Bundesl\u00e4nder speist und auf tats\u00e4chlich realisierten Kaufvertr\u00e4gen fu\u00dft, legte der Geldumsatz f\u00fcr den Kauf von Immobilien im Berichtszeitraum deutlich zu. Gleichzeitig blieb die Zahl der Transaktionen nahezu konstant. Das hei\u00dft, dass die Preise f\u00fcr Wohnimmobilien auch im vergangenen Jahr gestiegen sind \u2013 und sie werden dies auch im laufenden Jahr tun.
Besonders stark war und wird die Preissteigerung in den gro\u00dfen Metropolen Deutschlands sein. Eine Trendumkehr erwarten die Experten des Zentralen Immobilien Ausschusses (ZIA) nicht, auch wenn die Preise in den St\u00e4dten teils 15 bis 30 Prozent \u00fcber jenem Niveau liegen, das sich durch fundamentale Daten wie Wirtschaftswachstum erkl\u00e4ren l\u00e4sst. Der positive Aspekt: Das Platzen einer Immobilienblase ist ebenfalls nicht zu erwarten. Bis der Preisgipfel erreicht wird, d\u00fcrften \u2013 zumindest in den meisten deutschen Metropolen \u2013 noch einige Jahre vergehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
