Die Profiteure dieser Entwicklung sind andere Gro\u00dfst\u00e4dte im S\u00fcden und Osten des Landes \u2013 die Schwarmst\u00e4dte eben, und da hat das empirica-Institut neben den schon bestehenden neun weitere ausgemacht: im Osten der Republik Chemnitz, Magdeburg, Schwerin, Erfurt und Potsdam, im S\u00fcden Passau, Bamberg, F\u00fcrth und Ingolstadt.
