Aus einer bundesweiten Analyse des Deutschen Instituts f\u00fcr Wirtschaftsforschung (DIW) geht hervor, dass die Mietpreisbremse nicht nur in Berlin auch ein Jahr nach ihrer Einf\u00fchrung noch nicht die gew\u00fcnschte Wirkung auf die Mietpreise bei Neuvermietungen erzielt hat. Andere Studien haben in den vergangenen Wochen ebenfalls die Wirksamkeit dieser Regelung bezweifelt. Sie gilt inzwischen f\u00fcr ausgew\u00e4hlte 308 St\u00e4dte in elf von 16 L\u00e4ndern. Dort d\u00fcrfen Mieten bei neuen Vertr\u00e4gen in der Regel nur noch zehn Prozent \u00fcber der orts\u00fcblichen Vergleichsmiete liegen. Vor allem sind die Preise in vielen Orten noch vor dem Inkrafttreten stark gestiegen. War die Miete vor der Einf\u00fchrung der Mietpreisbremse zu hoch, dann kann sie jetzt also auch so bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein Jahr nach der Einf\u00fchrung diskutieren jetzt wieder die Experten, wie sinnvoll eine Mietpreisbremse ist bzw. ob sie \u00fcberhaupt zu dem gew\u00fcnschten Ergebnis f\u00fchrt \u2013 und wenn ja, in welchem Zeitraum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
