Bereits kurz vor dem Jahresende wei\u00df man in Deutschland, dass die Wohninvestments 2016 ein Allzeithoch erreichen werden \u2013 wie hoch, das wird noch eine \u00dcberraschung sein. Nach dem dritten Quartal n\u00e4mlich lag das Investitionsvolumen laut Dr. L\u00fcbke & Kelber bei rund 19 Milliarden Euro. Das bisherige Rekordergebnis von 2005 wird deutlich \u00fcbertroffen, wobei der Grund auch darin liegt dass es eine Vielzahl von gro\u00dfen Portfolioverk\u00e4ufen gab, bei denen in jedem Deal mehr als 5000 Einheiten den Eigent\u00fcmer wechselten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
