Der deutsche Immobiliensektor ist stark wie nie zuvor. Die Marktkapitalisierung aller 66 im DIMAX gelisteten Unternehmen hat sich gegen\u00fcber August 2014 um 73 Prozent auf aktuell 48 Milliarden Euro verbessert und damit einen neuen H\u00f6chststand erreicht. In Deutschland geh\u00f6rt den b\u00f6rsegelisteten Akteuren inzwischen ein Immobilienverm\u00f6gen im Wert von 78,5 Milliarden Euro. Damit haben die AGs mittlerweile f\u00fcr den hiesigen Markt eine wesentlich gr\u00f6\u00dfere Bedeutung als die offenen Immobilienfonds mit 25 Milliarden Euro. W\u00e4hrend diese das Geld ihrer Anleger aber fast nur in Gewerbeimmobilien investieren, entfallen 78 Prozent des AG-Verm\u00f6gens auf Wohnimmobilien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
