Wohnimmobilien legten mit einem Plus von sechs Prozent besonders stark zu, bei Gewerbeimmobilien hat die Teuerung lediglich 1,5 Prozent betragen. Verantwortlich f\u00fcr diese Preissteigerung sind laut VDP ausl\u00e4ndische Investoren, die sich vor allem f\u00fcr Mehrfamilienh\u00e4user interessieren. Bei diesen Investitionsobjekten hat der Anstieg sogar 7,6 Prozent betragen, w\u00e4hrend sich selbstgenutzte Wohnimmobilien lediglich um 4,4 Prozent verteuert haben.
