16,59 Milliarden Euro wurden im ersten Halbjahr in Deutschland f\u00fcr Wohnportfolios ausgegeben, womit die Transaktionssumme von 15 Milliarden Euro im Jahr 2005 bereits \u00fcbertroffen wurde. Ganz so dramatisch ist die Sache aber nicht, da die H\u00e4lfte des Umsatzes auf die \u00dcbernahme der Gagfah durch die Deutsche Annington zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist. Aber auch ohne den Megadeal l\u00e4ge das Investmentvolumen noch 16 Prozent \u00fcber dem Vorjahreswert. Daher erwartet Dr. L\u00fcbke & Kelber f\u00fcr 2015 einen neuen Rekord. Besonders interessant: Fast drei Viertel aller gehandelten Wohneinheiten liegen in B-St\u00e4dten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
