Der Aufschwung der Preise f\u00fcr Wohnimmobilien in der deutschen Hauptstadt h\u00e4lt weiter an. Auch 2019 gab es keine Abschw\u00e4chung, und es zeigt sich, dass der Mietendeckel auf die Eigentumspreise faktisch keine Auswirkung hat. Laut IVD Berlin-Brandenburg kosten Bestandsimmobilien in Standardlagen mit durchschnittlich 2.950 Euro pro Quadratmeter um 11,3 Prozent mehr als im Vorjahr. Der Zuwachs f\u00e4llt damit nur geringf\u00fcgig schw\u00e4cher aus als 2018 (12,8 %) und 2017 (12,0 %). In besseren Lagen stiegen die Preise etwas weniger stark, sind aber dennoch neun Prozent \u00fcber dem Vorjahresniveau und liegen bei 3.650 Euro pro Quadratmeter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bei Neubauimmobilien sind die Preise sowohl in Standard- als auch in Vorzugslagen um rund neun Prozent gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahresniveau gestiegen. Ein Quadratmeter Wohnfl\u00e4che kostet nun durchschnittlich rund 4.600 beziehungsweise 5.400 Euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
