W\u00e4hrend die Anzahl der Erwerbsvorg\u00e4nge 2021 in den&nbsp;kreisfreien St\u00e4dten unter bzw. in etwa auf dem Niveau des Vorjahres lag, verzeichneten Chemnitz und Leipzig deutlich gestiegene Ums\u00e4tze.&nbsp;Insgesamt wurden f\u00fcr&nbsp;Chemnitz, Dresden und Leipzig 15.668 Erwerbsvorg\u00e4nge bei einem Umsatz in H\u00f6he von 7,2 Milliarden Euro registriert. Somit stieg der Geldumsatz im Vorjahresvergleich um fast f\u00fcnf Prozent, bei gleichzeitig sinkender Zahl der Erwerbsvorg\u00e4nge, womit die Preissteigerungen klar dokumentiert sind. Drei Viertel der K\u00e4ufe&nbsp;betrafen&nbsp;Wohnungseigentum, wobei lediglich rund 13 Prozent der Vertr\u00e4ge erstmals&nbsp;auf&nbsp;verkaufte, neu gebaute Wohnungen&nbsp;entfielen.
