Halle ist zwar die viertgr\u00f6\u00dfte Stadt der neuen Bundesl\u00e4nder, aber noch vor wenigen Jahren h\u00e4tten nur wenige auf die Stadt als Investitionsstandort gesetzt. Jetzt stellt sich die Situation etwas anders dar, denn in Halle wird Wohnraum knapp und teuer. Da die Stadt mit Leipzig den Ballungsraum Leipzig-Halle bildet, ist auch der Zuzug aus der einwohnerreichsten Stadt im Freistaat Sachsen sp\u00fcrbar. Speziell in den beliebten Wohngegenden Paulusviertel, Giebichenstein und N\u00f6rdliche Innenstadt ist die Nachfrage und damit der Mietanstieg hoch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
