Das \u00e4ndert sich sukzessive. In der 250.000-Einwohner-Stadt zogen allein im Jahr 2019 die Wohnungspreise um 4,9 Prozent an, sind aber mit 1.300 Euro pro Quadratmeter noch sehr g\u00fcnstig. Das Gleiche gilt f\u00fcr Ein- und Zweifamilienh\u00e4user, die mittlerweile rund 1.700 Euro pro Quadratmeter kosten. Mit 5,5 Euro pro Quadratmeter Miete zieht die prosperierende Stadt immer mehr Menschen an \u2013 junge Unternehmer, Kreative, Studenten. Das verf\u00fcgbare Durchschnittseinkommen liegt bei rund 20.000 Euro pro Person und damit nur knapp unter dem deutschen Durchschnitt von 22.000 Euro \u2013 aber vor Dresden und Leipzig.
