Dabei ist aber nicht unbedingt von Dresden oder Leipzig die Rede. So werden in Dresden beispielsweise Mehrfamilienh\u00e4user bis in der Spitze zum 32-Fachen der Nettojahreskaltmiete gehandelt. Der Durchschnittswert liegt in Berlin beim fast 26-Fachen, in Leipzig beim 24-Fachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Osten Deutschlands bringt auch bei kleineren St\u00e4dten bessere Renditen bei vergleichbarem Risiko.
