INVESTMENT CRITERIA
Our investment criteria vary depending on the ownership company. In most cases, the focus is on residential properties; We buy old and new buildings, entire apartment buildings, as well as individual condominiums. Some of our institutional clients also buy commercial properties, primarily for office and retail use. Special properties (hotel logistics, special uses) are not completely excluded, but are acquired only rarely and very selectively.
MAGAN ADVISORS
MAGAN Advisors GmbH is the core of the group of companies. It has offices in Vienna, Berlin and Leipzig and manages transactions for third parties as well as its own acquisitions within the private equity companies. The acquisition profile is therefore as diverse as the interests of our clients and our activities.
MAGAN CONDOMINIUMS
The WARTBURG vehicles are also sister companies of the MAGAN Group. They acquire (mainly rented) condominiums in the new German federal states.
